Why I didn't get a trial extension?

If you see status "Already had Krisp" and "No trial extension possible" in your referrals list, it means that there was an issue with claiming your trial extension. This may happen, when the sender and the receiver of the invite are using the same computer and the same Krisp installation or when the Krisp invite is accepted more than one times from the same computer.

Krisp referral program is designed to allow for more people to download and enjoy Krisp so in these cases trial extension is not possible. In order to fix this, please make sure that Krisp is downloaded and installed on a new computer and is signed in with a new Krisp account.
