Integrate Krisp with Zapier

How it works

Connecting your Krisp account with Zapier allows you to automate and streamline your Krisp workflows, such as note-taking and action item management across over 7,000 platforms.

With Zapier, you can create custom workflows based on specific triggers and actions occurring in Krisp and your other tools.

Connecting your Krisp account with Zapier

Follow the steps below to set up and manage this integration:

1. Log in to your Krisp account dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Settings >>> Integrations tab from the left panel.
3. Click Connect under the Zapier integration window.

4. You will be prompted to log in to Zapier.

   

5. Once logged in, build a Zap and choose a Krisp trigger.

6. Connect your Krisp account and authorize the connection.

   

Once authorized, the Connect button changes to Disconnect, and Zapier appears under the My Integrations section of the Integrations page.

Zapier triggers

With the Krisp and Zapier integration, you can automate various actions to enhance productivity. Here are the key events that Zapier can trigger:

• Action Items Generated: Triggers when a new action item is added or generated. For example, if action items are identified during a meeting, they can be sent to Jira to create corresponding tasks.
• Key Points Generated: Triggers when key points are automatically identified and generated during a meeting. For example, whenever important discussion topics or highlights are captured, they can be instantly shared via your preferred communication channel, such as Slack.
• Meeting Note Generated: Triggers when notes are generated in your meetings. For example, when a summary is generated during the meeting.
• Outline Generated: Triggers when a new Outline is generated. For example, when a meeting summary is created, it can be shared via your preferred communication channel, such as Slack.
• Transcript Created: Triggers when you have a meeting that has transcription in place. For example, when a meeting transcription is ready, it can be shared via your preferred communication channel, such as Slack.
• Transcript Shared: Triggers when a transcript is shared. For example, if you share your transcript with an external participant or the meeting is auto-shared.

Disconnect Zapier

To remove the Zapier integration:

1. Go to the Settings >>> Integrations tab in your Krisp dashboard.
2. Find Zapier under My Integrations.
3. Click Disconnect.
