How it works?

Connecting your Krisp account with Zapier allows you to automate and streamline your Krisp workflows, such as note-taking and action item management across over 6,000 platforms.

With Zapier, you can create custom workflows based on specific triggers and actions occurring in Krisp and your other tools.

Connecting your Krisp account with Zapier

Follow the steps below to set up and manage this integration:

  1. Log in to your Krisp account dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab from the left panel.
  3. Click Connect under Zapier integration window.
  4. You will be prompted to log in to Zapier and authorize the connection.

Once connected, the Connect button in the Zapier integration section will change to Disconnect. If you wish to disconnect, click the Disconnect button to remove the Zapier integration:

Zapier triggers

With the Krisp and Zapier integration, you can automate various actions to enhance productivity. Here are the key events that Zapier can trigger:

  • Action Items Generated: Triggers when a new action item is added or generated. For example, if action items are identified during a meeting, they can be sent to Jira to create corresponding tasks.
  • Summary Generated: Triggers when a new summary is generated. For example, when a meeting summary is created, it can be shared via your preferred communication channel, such as Slack.
  • Transcript Created: Triggers when you have a meeting that has transcription in place. For example, when a meeting transcription is ready, it can be shared via your preferred communication channel, such as Slack.
