Set and control system default devices: Krisp Enterprise

As Enterprise team admin, you can set up Krisp audio devices as a system default microphone/speaker for team users.

This way, all the applications that have access to their microphone/speaker and work with virtual devices will use Krisp when having an active stream.

Set Krisp Microphone as system default device

As a team admin, you can choose to force Krisp Microphone as a system default device for your team members. The option is disabled by default.

To enable it, go to the Settings page of your Admin Portal >>> Setup >>> System Preferences.

  • If the following box is unchecked, the users can choose to set up Krisp Microphone as the system default device or not.
  • If the box is checked, Krisp Microphone will be forced as a system default device for all your team members and they can’t choose any other microphone device as the system default.
