How it works?
Connecting your Krisp account with HubSpot allows you to seamlessly share Meeting Notes to within your HubSpot account.
This integration helps sales, support, and other teams keep their customer records updated without manual effort. Users can choose to automate this process or manually send meeting details from the Krisp meeting page.
Connecting your Krisp account with HubSpot
Follow the steps below to set up and manage this integration:
- Log in to your Krisp account dashboard.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab from the left panel.
- Click Connect under the HubSpot integration window.
- You will be prompted to authorize the connection.

You can get HubSpot product support at https://knowledge.hubspot.com/Once connected, the Connect button in the HubSpot integration section will change to Disconnect. You can Configure and Disconnect the integration whenever you want.
Share Meeting Notes automatically
When you configure the integration, you can choose to have Meeting Notes automatically sent to HubSpot after each meeting.
You can also choose the specific meetings to be sent from the Configuration page:
Share Meeting Notes manually
You can also send Meeting Notes to HubSpot manually from the specific meeting page by following these steps:
- Click the Share button on the upper-right corner of your meeting page
- On the Send to HubSpot section, click the row to navigate to the inner configuration page.
- On this page, you'll see the meeting details along with a dropdown to select a Contact, Company, or Deal from HubSpot.
- After selecting your option, click Send.

If HubSpot has not been integrated yet, clicking Connect will redirect the user to the Integration page to complete the setup.
