This article will help you test Krisp Accent Conversion to ensure it’s functioning correctly and delivering the best results. Whether you’re an admin preparing for a rollout or an agent fine-tuning your settings, these steps will guide you through the testing process.
Test your voice
Once set up, use Krisp’s built-in testing option to verify how your voice sounds.
-
Click on Test my voice or go to Test Accent Conversion from the Krisp app settings.
-
Make sure to speak at least 30-40 seconds and then hear a sample of your accent-localized voice.
-
Pay attention to clarity, naturalness, and any distortions. If needed, adjust your settings to achieve the best result.
After testing your voice, you may want to try it in simulating a real call environment to test Accent Conversion under real-life conditions:
- Start a test call: Use your preferred communication app (e.g., Zoom, or Microsoft Teams) to make a test call with a colleague or team member.
- Monitor background noise: Add background noise and see that Krisp’s Noise Cancellation works seamlessly alongside Accent Conversion.
You are now ready to shine in real calls!
