If you would like to get started with Live Interpreter, reach out to your Account Executive or contact us directly at sales@krisp.ai.Once activated by our team, the feature becomes available for all users within your team(s), allowing you to manage settings and usage centrally.
As an Admin, you have control over various configurations to tailor the feature to your team’s needs.

When agents log in to the Krisp app, they will see the pre-configured settings by you, reducing onboarding time and minimizing confusion.To configure AI Live Interpreter settings follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Krisp Admin Portal
- Go to Team settings >>> Features >>> Live Interpreter

Enable AI Live Interpreter and configure its settings:
- Choose whether it turns off automatically after each call.
- Enable an audio prompt when Live Interpreter starts to inform the user and customer. The prompt will be played in the language set for the customer.
- Exclude short speech items like "Okay" or "Yeah" from translations.
