Getting started with AI Voice Translation

If you would like to get started with AI Voice Translation, reach out to your Account Executive or contact us directly at sales@krisp.ai.
Once activated by our team, the feature becomes available for all users within your team(s), allowing you to manage settings and usage centrally.
As an Admin, you have control over various configurations to tailor the feature to your team’s needs.
Hint
When agents log in to the Krisp app, they will see the pre-configured settings by you, reducing onboarding time and minimizing confusion.
To configure AI Voice Translation settings follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Krisp Admin Portal
- Go to Team settings >>> Features >>> Voice Translation

Enable Voice Translation and configure its settings:
- Choose whether it turns off automatically after each call.
- Enable an audio prompt when Voice Translation starts to inform the user and customer. The prompt will be played in the language set for the customer with the option to customize the audio prompt.

Select available target translation languages agents can use inside Krisp.
- Choose the original speech volume levels for agents and customers.
- Select the translation feedback option to hear your own translation played back to you in the background.

Select if you want the live captions to automatically show when the voice
translation is enabled during a call.
