Report a problem about Live Interpreter

If you encounter any issues while using Live Interpreter reporting the problem promptly ensures it can be resolved in a timely manner.

Before reporting, take a moment to identify and document the issue.

To report the issue:

    1. Open your Krisp app and click on the person icon in the top right, and select “Report a problem” from the menu.

    2. Use the interface to report your issue and submit system information.
      • In the first drop-down select “Having issues with Live Interpreter
      • Make sure to describe the problem as detailed as possible.
      • Make sure the box “include system information for debugging” is checked before submitting.

Once your issue is submitted, our Support team will investigate it and work with you to resolve it.
