Send a report from the app
We do our best to ensure that Krisp works reliably and without any issues. However, if you encounter a problem while using the app, here is what to do:
- Open the Krisp app.
- Select the "Menu" icon at the top right corner of the window.
- Click on "Report a Problem" and tell us about your issue in the "Description" field.
Please also include the system information for debugging so that our engineers troubleshoot the problem.
Send the report manually
If for some reason you decide to send the report to us manually, you can get the system information from the "Report a problem" window and deliver it to us via the preferred channel.
