If the noise you hear is not being fully or partially cancelled by Krisp, we will need a report from you to investigate the case.
For that, you can send us a "Test Noise Cancellation" report.
1. Open the Krisp app and click on the "Test Noise Cancellation"
2. Start your recording
3. Enable the Krisp toggle and click on the "Report a Problem button"
4. Make sure to describe the problem you face in the "Description" field. Mark the system information and sample recordings to be included in your report and click on the "Send" button.
*Please keep in mind that the distinguished human voice and background chatter are not being considered as noise.
