Change your Krisp account email

This article will show you how to change your Krisp account email.

To change your Krisp account email follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.

2. Go to Settings >>> Account.

3. Click Change email >>> Send link to receive a verification link to your current email address.

     Info

   If you do not receive the verification link within 5 minutes, try to re-send it once.

   

4. Click Verify email from the received email.

5. Enter your new email address and click Send verification link to receive a verification link to your new email address.

     Info

   You cannot use an email address already linked to a different Krisp account.

6. Click Verify email from the received email.

7. Your Krisp email address is now changed.
