Change your Krisp account email

This article will show you how to change your Krisp account email.

To change your Krisp account email, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.
2. Go to Settings >>> Account.
3. Click Change email.

4. You will receive a verification link to your current email address.

     Info

   If you do not receive the verification link within 5 minutes, try to re-send it once.

   

5. Enter the verification code or click Verify email from the received email.

6. Enter your new email address.

     Info

   You cannot use an email address already linked to a different Krisp account.

7. Either click the confirmation link or enter the 6-digit code to verify the new email address.
8. Your Krisp email address is now changed.
