Change your Krisp account email

This article will show you how to change your Krisp account email.

To change your Krisp account email follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.

2. Go to Settings >>> Account.

3. Click Change email >>> Send link to receive a verification link to your current email address.

     Info

   If you do not receive the verification link within 5 minutes, try to re-send it once.

   

4. Click Verify email from the received email.

5. Enter your new email address and click Send verification link to receive a verification link to your new email address.

     Info

   You cannot use an email address already linked to a different Krisp account.

6. Click Verify email from the received email.

7. Your Krisp email address is now changed.

Changing your email address to a work email address

While on a Free plan, you can change your email address to a work email address and get x1.5 free minutes daily. For that, click Switch to work email in the above-mentioned 3rd step and follow the further instructions:

After verifying your email, click Open krisp on the opened pop-up to see the updated free minutes count on the Krisp app.

Otherwise, make sure to refresh the app manually to see your updated free minutes.
