As an admin of a Krisp team account, you will see these sections in the team dashboard:
This section gives an overview of the current billing state of your team, your previous transactions, information about the next billing cycle and due payment.
Before you go on, we would suggest you read about the billing logic for the team account.
Here is what you will see:
Here you can see info about your payment history and the invoices of your finalized transactions. You can download the PDF of the invoice from there. The file reflects the date when the payment was made, the products included in your subscription, their price, and duration. You'll see the PDF icon next to each payment.
Click on the PDF icon to download the invoice of your payment.

The subscription cycle can be annual or monthly. When you create a team, it is set to annual by default. You can change it to monthly while adding your payment method.
If you have already selected the monthly plan and attached your card, you can upgrade to the yearly plan from the gear button menu. You will be charged and your annual subscription will start at that moment. The unused amount you already paid for the monthly period will be subtracted from the due payment.
Your next billing date will be the upgrading date the following year.
You can also upgrade from the banner under the Billing Info table.
Here you will see when and how much your next payment will be. You will also see how many seats you will pay for. If you add more seats to your team during the current cycle, the number of seats and the due payment will change here. The next billing date will stay the same.
Here you will see the last four digits of the card that's attached to your team account.
If you wish to change the payment method, you need to have an ongoing subscription. Here are the steps to follow:
- Click on the gear button
- Click on the Change Payment Method
Insert the new card details
Click on Update Card button
This new card will be charged for the next payments.
Here you can see how many seats the team account has at the moment. You also see how many of them are currently unassigned. You can assign users to them from the Users section.
The + Add seats button lets you add more unassigned seats to the team.
Insert the number of seats you wish to add to the team and click Continue.
