Who can use this?
From plan: Enterprise (only admins)
Team Settings page gives an overview of the current setup of your team and allows you to make adjustments.
To access the Team Settings page, you need to sign in to your Krisp account and click Team Settings on the left panel.
The page has 5 tabs:
App Configuration
From this tab, the team admin can control the team members' access to different Krisp features.
Info
- The controls will take effect when users are logged in to that specific team account in the Krisp app.
- Each of the controls may affect users on specific platforms. Check the platform icon(s) next to the control to see users on which platforms will be affected.

Change the team name
Type the new name for your team and click Save to change it. - Check for update

The option is disabled by default. If you check this box, whenever there is a new version available, the update package will be automatically downloaded. This means, that whenever the user updates the app, the update package will be already downloaded and the updating process will consume less time.

The option is enabled by default. If you uncheck this box, the "Contact support" option will be hidden from the 3-dot menu of the Krisp app for all the team members. They won’t be able to send support requests from inside the app. - Report a problem

- Enforce Microphone noise cancellation toggle state to be Always ON
The option is disabled by default. If you check this box, the Microphone Noise Cancellation toggle in the Krisp app will always be enabled. The users won’t be able to change the toggle state. - Enforce Speaker noise cancellation toggle state to be Always ON/Always OFF
The option is disabled by default. If you want to control the Speaker Noise Cancellation toggle state, you should check this box and choose one of the options:- Always ON >>> The Speaker Noise Cancellation toggle will always be enabled.
- Always OFF >>> The Speaker Noise Cancellation toggle will always be disabled.
The users won’t be able to change the toggle state if you choose any of the options.
- Enable delay of Speaker Noise Cancellation when a call starts
The option is disabled by default. If you want to have a delay of Speaker Noise Cancellation at the call start, you should check the box and choose one of the options. The control allows to not miss pre-call ringtones because of the Noise Cancellation. -
Allow users to have Voice cancellation

This setting is available for Enterprise plan only.The option is disabled by default. If you want to have CPU-optimized noise cancellation for your Call Center, check the box.

The team admin can decide whether the team members should receive emails and reminders from Krisp. The preference settings are on by default and can be managed separately.
The team admin can decide whether the team members can control the notifications for themselves or not.

- Enable Session duration

This setting is available for Enterprise plan only.
The option is disabled by default. For additional security, you can set a custom limitation on how long your team members stay signed in to the Krisp app and their Krisp account dashboard. This time period is called Session duration and can be controlled from the Security section.
If you check this box and choose one of the options, the users will automatically be logged out from the Krisp app and their Krisp account dashboard after the set period. This control also gives the chance to match the IdP and Krisp app/account dashboard Session duration if you set up SSO/SCIM for your team.
If you uncheck the box, the default Session duration logic works, and the users will automatically be logged out:- from the Krisp account dashboard after 30 days regardless of their activity,
- from the Krisp app after 30 days of inactivity.
API
The feature is available for the Enterprise plan accounts. If you want to use API in the team management process, contact your Account Executive.
Authentication
The section refers to the SAML and SCIM configuration.
- Enable SSO
The option is available for Enterprise plan accounts. Contact your Account Executive if you want to activate SSO for your account. - SAML

If you check the box, all the admins and users of your team will be forced to sign in with SSO.

Domain
From this tab, the team admin can verify their corporate domain, so the newly signed-up users with the corporate domain can join their team. Check Verify your corporate domain article for more details.
Audio Devices
From this tab, the team admin will see the list of audio devices used by his team members for the past 30 days.
