The Insights section in your personal account dashboard gives you an idea about how much time you spend in calls and which apps you use with Krisp.
Who can see the insights
The Insights are available to the Krisp personal account users. You can be on the free or Pro plan.
The Insights section
Here is what you will see:
1. The calendar
The default period for the insights is Last 7 days. Today is included in it. You can manually select:
- pre-set periods
The available pre-set periods are: This week, Last week, This month, Last month.
Hint: For the pre-set periods, the week starts on Sunday.
- custom start and end dates
The custom end date cannot be a future date. To select one day only, select the same day as start and end dates.
2. Meetings time
The column chart shows how much time per day you spend in online meetings. It is considered as in-meeting time, if Krisp microphone and/or speaker are in use in any communication application.
- Data for Last 7 days, This week, and Last week
If you check these pre-set periods in the calendar, you will see the data for days of that period as green columns. The respective day(s) of the previous period will be in grey. This will make the difference more clear and visible to you.
Example: if you choose This week as the pre-set period, the data for this Tuesday will be in green, and for the previous Tuesday in grey.
You can turn the current or past periods on and off from the chart by checking the corresponding color box.
- Data for the other pre-set or custom dates
If you select the other pre-set periods or a custom date range, you will see the data for that period only. There will be no comparison with a previous period.
3. Daily average
The daily average shows the average time spent in calls for the days in the selected period when Krisp has been used.
Example: during the This week pre-set period, Krisp has been used on two days - X minutes on Monday and Y minutes on Tuesday. So the daily average will be:
Daily average = (X+Y)/2
During the last week, Krisp has been used on 6 days - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. So the daily average will be the sum of used minutes divided by 6.
Below, you see the trend of your daily average compared to the previous period. If there has been no usage during the previous period, the metric won't show up.
4. Meeting apps
Here you will see the list of the apps you used with Krisp during the selected period of time. The list is in descending order: from the most used to the least used one. Each app has a circle of specific color next to it. The app is represented with that same color on the pie chart.
Note: Krisp connects to the backend servers every 6 hours for the info sync. Please allow a few hours for the insights data to be updated.
