You can upgrade your account plan by using a credit/debit card and PayPal.
When you upgrade your account plan from Free to Business and attach your credit card details, you get a 30-day trial. To learn more about the trial, check this article.

Upgrade using credit/debit card
Follow these steps to upgrade your account to Pro/Business via credit/debit card:
- Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.
- Go to the Billing page and click Upgrade under the Plan Details.
- Choose the subscription cycle and the seat number you would like to add >>> fill in the checkout details and click Pay and upgrade.

The Zip code field is required only if you choose the United States as your country. It defines the state and the tax amount based on that. The tax amount will be highlighted on the checkout page as a Sales tax.

Upgrade using PayPal

PayPal is available only for Pro plan accounts with one seat.Follow these steps to upgrade your account to Pro using PayPal:
- Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.
- Go to the Billing page and click Upgrade under the Plan Details.
- Choose the subscription plan and click on the PayPal button.
- Fill in the checkout details and confirm your PayPal subscription.
That's all! You have successfully upgraded your account plan.
