You can upgrade your account plan by using a credit/debit card.
If you want to upgrade from a Free to an Enterprise plan, contact the Krisp Account team.
InfoKrisp subscription payments are recurring and you will be billed at the end of your current monthly/yearly subscription cycle.
Follow these steps to upgrade your account to Pro via credit/debit card:
- Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.
- Go to the Billing page and click Upgrade under the Plan Details.
- Choose the subscription cycle and the seat number you would like to add >>> fill in the checkout details and click Upgrade.
The Zip code field is required only if you choose the United States as your country. It defines the state and the tax amount based on that. The tax amount will be highlighted on the checkout page as a Sales tax.
