Change the payment method for your Krisp account

Plan: Pro, Enterprise (only admins)

You can change the payment method of your account from your Krisp account dashboard. Below you may find the instructions on how to do that.


Change the credit card information

Follow these steps to change your credit/debit card information:

  1. Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings >>> Billing page and click Update payment method.
  3. Fill in the new card information and click Update.



This action won’t trigger any additional charges. The newly added card will be charged for your next payment.
