You can change the payment method of your account from your Krisp account dashboard. Below you may find the instructions on how to do that.
Follow these steps to change your credit/debit card information:
- Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.
- Go to the Billing page and click Change payment method.
- Fill in the new card information and click Update.
InfoThis action won’t trigger any additional charges. The newly added card will be charged for your next payment.
To delete credit/debit card details contact email@example.com.
PayPal is available only for Pro plan accounts with 1 seat. If you decide to add seats, you need to switch your payment method from PayPal to a credit/debit card first. The remaining balance can be refunded to your PayPal account, and all future payments will be charged to your credit/debit card.
