Change the payment method for your personal account

You can change the payment method of your personal account from your Krisp account dashboard. Below you may find the instructions on how to do that.

 

Change the credit card information

Follow these steps to change your credit/debit card information:

  1. Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard.
  2. Go to the Billing page and click Use a different card.

  3. Fill in the new card information and click Update to Pro Plan.

This action won’t trigger any additional charges. The newly added card will be charged for your next payment.

To delete credit/debit card details contact support@krisp.ai.

 

Change the PayPal address

To change the PayPal address for your Krisp account you need to cancel your subscription as mentioned here, wait until the subscription period ends, and re-subscribe via the new PayPal address as mentioned here.

 

Switch the payment method

To switch your payment method credit/debit card to PayPal, or vice versa, you need to cancel your subscription as mentioned in this article, wait until the subscription period ends, and re-subscribe as mentioned in this article.
