Once you've installed Krisp AI Meeting Assistant, sign in to start using it. This article covers signing in directly through your browser, and signing in from the Krisp app.

For a smoother and more secure sign-in, we don't use passwords. Instead, you can sign in by using a verification code sent to your email, or directly using your Google or Microsoft account.
Sign in with your email address
- Go to app.krisp.ai/login.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.

You'll then see a verification code screen.
Important
If you resend the verification code, only the latest one will be valid.
- Check your inbox for the one-time verification code and copy it. The email subject is "Krisp verification code" followed by the code itself. It can take a couple of minutes to arrive. If you don't see it in your main inbox, check the Junk/Spam folder.
- Paste the code into the field from Step 3.
- If you have a single Krisp team under your email, you'll be signed in automatically. Otherwise, you'll see a screen to choose which team to sign in to.
- Choose the account you want to sign in to.
- You'll be inside your Krisp account dashboard.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
- Go to app.krisp.ai/login.
- Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft and log in with the Google or Microsoft account linked to your Krisp account.
- Choose the account you want to sign in to.
- You'll be inside your Krisp account dashboard.
Hint
If your account email is a Gmail or Microsoft address, you can use both sign-in options interchangeably, no matter how you originally signed up.
Sign in from the Krisp app
If you're signing in from the desktop app rather than your browser:

Sign in to your account in the Krisp app.
- You'll be led to the Krisp login page on your device's default browser.
- Sign in using your email address or your Google or Microsoft account, as described in Sign in with your email address or Sign in with Google or Microsoft above.
- Once you're signed in, you'll see a prompt on your account dashboard. Click Open Krisp to return to the app.
Hint
Some browsers offer to remember your choice to automatically sign in after Step 1 the next time you go through this flow. To enable that, check the "Always allow app.krisp.ai to open links of this type in the associated app" option.
