Using Krisp Widget on Enterprise

The Krisp Widget provides key features that help you monitor and control noise cancellation during your calls. The widget appears automatically when Krisp detects noise in your environment and cancels it. It displays important real-time information, such as:

  • Which part of the current meeting you have been talking.
  • If Krisp is detecting background noises/voices during your calls.

Enable Widget content protection

  Info

This feature is available starting from Krisp version 2.48.

This feature allows Team Admins to enable content protection for the Krisp Widget, making it invisible to screen-capturing tools during screen sharing or recording.
When enabled, it helps secure sensitive information displayed in the widget by preventing unauthorized capture.

The option is disabled by default.

To control the option:

  • Go to your Admin Portal on account.krisp.ai.
  • Go to Team settings >>> Setup >>> System Preferences.
  • Check/uncheck the Enable Widget protection box.
