Report a problem about Krisp Enterprise

This article shows how you can report a problem if you are facing any issues with the Krisp app.

If the problem you face is with the Noise Cancellation not happening in an expected way, send a report this way

Send a report from the app

We do our best to ensure that Krisp works reliably and without any issues. However, if you encounter a problem while using the app, here is what to do:

Versions below 2.0.0 Versions 2.0.0 and above
  1. Open the Krisp app.
  2. Select the Menu icon at the top right corner of the window.
  3. Click Report a Problem and tell us about your issue in the Description field.
  4. Make sure to include system information for debugging so that our engineers troubleshoot the problem.

Send a report in a signed-out state

If you encounter a problem in the signed-out state, you can still report the problem for further investigation.

Versions below 2.0.0 Versions 2.0.0 and above
  1. Open the Krisp app.
  2. Select the Menu icon at the top right corner of the window.
  3. Click Get debug logs.
  4. Deliver the system information to us via the preferred channel.

 

Control the Report a Problem option for team users

The team admin can decide if the team members should have the option to report a problem. The option is enabled by default.

To control the option:

  1. Go to your Admin Portal on account.krisp.ai.
  2. Go to Settings  >>> Setup >>> Troubleshooting.
  3. Check/uncheck the Display "Report a problem" in Krisp app box.

If you uncheck this box, the team members won’t be able to report a problem from inside the Krisp app. The Report a Problem setting will be hidden from the menu of the Krisp app for all the team members.

Check the platform icon(s) next to the control to see users on which platforms will be affected.
