This feature is not available starting from Krisp 2.0.0 version.The Call Summary report gives you an overview of your meeting after its end.
The Call Summary report
To get a Call Summary report:
- you should have Krisp Microphone selected in the communication application.
- your call should be at least 5 minutes long.
The report will pop up right after the call end and share the following insights:

The Call Duration and your Talk Ratio during the call. Read more about that here.

The total time when there was any noise or echo present in the call regardless if it was canceled by Krisp or not. It also breaks down the noise into Loud and Moderate.
Hint
To avoid echo in your calls, make sure to set up both Krisp Microphone and Krisp Speaker in the communication application. -
A message telling whether Krisp Noise Cancellation was ON during the entire call, during part of it only, or if it was OFF and noise was present during the call.

Enable/disable the Call Summary report
By default, you will get the Call Summary report after the call ends. If you don’t want to see it, you can disable it from Krisp Preferences.
Latest Call Summary
You can find your Latest Call Summary in the Krisp app. For that, have your first call with Krisp to get the Call Summary for it. You will then see a button in the Krisp app opening the Latest Call Summary. It will keep and show the Call Summary for your latest call that lasted more than 5 minutes.

The Latest Call Summary is available no matter if you have the Call Summary notification enabled from Preferences or not.Control the Call Summary report for team users
The team admin can decide if the team members should have the option of getting the Call Summary. The option is enabled by default.
To control the option:
- Go to your Admin Dashboard on account.krisp.ai.
- Go to Settings >>> Notifications >>> App Notifications.
- Check/uncheck the Call Summary box.
