InfoManual logs are typically requested by our Support Team when there is a technical issue with your Krisp app on Windows.
This article explains how to collect Krisp manual logs on Windows whenever that is requested from you.
- Search %localappdata% in the search bar of Windows. The file should exist even if the app is not installed.
- Select Krisp folder, right click and select Compress to ZIP file.
Now the file is ready to be sent via your preferred channel.
