My recurring payment was declined. When will the next attempt be?

If a recurring payment fails, our system automatically attempts to process the payment again.

For credit card payments through Stripe, there will be additional 3 charge attempts during 10 days sequentially on the 2nd, 5th, and 10th days. If all of these attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled.


Note that we are not manually charging your credit card. The payment process is automated and follows the retry schedules mentioned above.
