In the context of Krisp Organizations, subscription refers to all your Enterprise Krisp teams which may have different features and plans attached. 

This article explains the logic behind managing multiple teams with specific subscriptions within your Krisp Organization.

Manage your subscriptions in Krisp Organization

A subscription in Krisp is tied to a specific set of features and is managed at the organizational or team level.

  • Both Org Admins and Team Admins can add or remove seats for card-paying subscriptions.
  • The list of all subscriptions is visible only to Org Admins, ensuring centralized control and visibility.
  • Org Admins can modify the billing name and description to make subscriptions easier to identify.

To access the billing for your teams:

  1. Log in to your Krisp Admin Portal.
  2. Navigate to Billing section at the bottom of the left sidebar.

The Billing page opens the details of your subscription plans. Org Admins can view:

  • Seats: the total number of seats in the subscriptions, along with how many are available and how many are deployed.
  • Licensed Products: the products included in the subscription, such as Accent Conversion, Agent Assist, Voice Translation, and Speech Analytics.
  • Renewal date: the date when the subscription renews.
  • Teams in this billing plan: the total number of teams linked to the subscription and their names.
  • Payment method: current payment details, with an option to update them (card-paying teams only).
  • Invoice history: a list of previous invoices with dates, amounts, and payment statuses (card-paying teams only).

Manage teams and set seat limits

Selecting Manage teams in the Teams in this billing plan section opens the Teams in this subscription panel. Here, Org Admins can:

  • Review each team's name, deployed seats, and seat limit.
  • Set or adjust a per-team seat limit by selecting Add limit. Seat limits cap how many seats a team can deploy from the shared subscription.
  • Export the list of teams to CSV.
  • Create a new team within the Organization and attach it to one of the available subscription plans.
