Action Items are automatically generated tasks based on your meetings. They allow you to view and manage all assigned tasks from your meetings, track progress with due dates and status updates, and streamline task follow-ups without switching between multiple tools.

 

How to use Action Items?

To access and manage your Action Items, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Action Items page in your Krisp account dashboard.
  2. In the "Assigned to Me" view, you can:
        • Prioritize important tasks and mark your tasks as completed.
        • Set due dates for each task.
        • Assign tasks to other team members.

    In the Personal section, you can manually add Action Items that will be accessible only to you.
  3. Switch to the "All Action Items" view to see a complete list of tasks from all your meetings and team members with the same managing options.

  4. Now, every important action point from your discussions is automatically captured, assigned, and organized—so you never miss a follow-up.
