Who can use this?
Users: users on Business Plan
Managed from: Admin Settings
External Meeting Sharing allows Team Admins to automatically share transcripts, meeting notes, and recordings of meetings that their team members hold with participants outside of their Krisp workspace.
This feature is designed to improve transparency and alignment, especially for teams working with clients, partners, or external stakeholders. By having access to these external meetings, admins can stay informed about critical discussions without needing to rely on manual updates or individual follow-ups.
It ensures that key insights, decisions, and action items from external conversations are easily accessible, helping teams maintain consistent messaging and avoid information gaps.
How it works?
Once enabled:
- Krisp checks each scheduled meeting to see if any participants are outside your workspace.
- When an external meeting is detected, Krisp shares the Transcript, Meeting Notes, and Recording (if enabled).
- The shared content appears in the admin’s Meetings dashboard and Activity Center, making it easy to review important external conversations.
Info
To use External Meeting Sharing, team members must connect their calendars and schedule meetings in advance. Krisp relies on this calendar data to identify upcoming and ongoing meetings, as well as to detect which participants belong to your workspace and which are external guests. Please check this article to learn more about calendar connection.
How to enable External Meeting Sharing
Admins can decide whose external meetings will be shared.
- Go to Settings > Admin Settings in Krisp’s web account.
- Select the list of team members whose meetings should be shared.
- Select who to share the meetings with.
Admins can adjust sharing preferences anytime.
