Share meeting notes to Teams

You can share meeting notes to a Teams channel directly from Krisp. There are two ways to do this:

  • Manual sharing: Available for any meeting. Share notes to a channel directly from the meeting details page.
  • Automated sharing: Available for recurring meetings only. Krisp automatically posts meeting notes to a channel after each occurrence.

Share a meeting manually

  1. Open a meeting from the Meetings tab in your Krisp dashboard.
  2. Click the Integrations dropdown at the top of the meeting page, or click the Teams icon.
  3. Select the Channel you want to share the meeting notes to.
  4. Click Share.

Set up automated sharing for recurring meetings

  1. Go to the Integrations tab in your Krisp dashboard and click Manage on the Microsoft Teams tile.
  2. Choose the recurring meeting you want to set up and click Edit.
  3. Select the Channel you want to post meeting notes to.
  4. Configure any additional options and save your settings.

Teams notifications from Krisp

To receive Krisp notifications in Teams, you need to add the Krisp app to Microsoft Teams first:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Click the ... (View more apps) icon in the left menu bar.
  3. Search for Krisp.
  4. Click Add on the Krisp app page.
  5. You will see an Added successfully! confirmation message. Click Open.

Once the app is added, Krisp will send notifications to your Teams workspace to keep you and your team informed. These include:

  • Get notified when someone shares a meeting with you: Triggers when another Krisp user shares a meeting directly with you from Krisp. It will provide detailed information in preview section.
  • Get notified when someone is inviting you to collaborate: Triggers when a user invites you to collaborate on a meeting agenda and action items in Krisp.
  • Give teammates access for meetings: Triggers when a teammate requests full access for meeting details shared in Krisp.

  Hint

Use Teams' notification settings to control which Krisp events you are alerted about.
