Connecting your Krisp account with ConnectWise allows you to send your meeting notes directly to ConnectWise tickets. This helps teams keep their service records updated without switching between tools after every meeting.
Set up ConnectWise
- Go to your Krisp settings and open the Integrations tab.
-
Find the ConnectWise integration and click Connect.
-
In the modal that opens, enter the following credentials:
Field Description Company ID Your ConnectWise company identifier Public key The public key from your ConnectWise API member credentials Private key The private key from your ConnectWise API member credentials - Click Connect. All three fields are required.
If the connection is successful, you will be taken to the Manage ConnectWise page.
Info
If you are on a Core plan, you will see an Upgrade option instead of Connect. To access the ConnectWise integration, upgrade to an Advanced plan.
Manage your ConnectWise connection
After connecting, the Manage ConnectWise page shows your connection details, including the Company ID used to authenticate. These fields are read-only and cannot be edited after the connection is created.
Hint
You can also find your connection details by hovering over the info icon next to the ConnectWise integration on the Integrations settings page.
Send meeting notes to ConnectWise
Sending notes to ConnectWise is a manual action taken from a meeting page. Krisp does not send notes automatically.
- Open a meeting from your Krisp account.
-
Click Integrations and select ConnectWise from the list.
- In the modal that opens, select the ConnectWise ticket you want to send notes to.
-
Click Send.
A confirmation message will appear once the notes are sent successfully. If the send fails, an error message will appear — check your connection details and try again.
Disconnect ConnectWise
Disconnecting removes the ConnectWise integration from your account permanently. You will need to reconnect and re-enter your credentials if you want to use it again.
- Go to your Krisp account settings and open the Integrations tab.
- Click Disconnect next to the ConnectWise integration.
- Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
