Report a problem about Noise Cancellation

If you encounter any issues while using Krisp Noise Cancellation, submit a problem report so our team can investigate and resolve it.

Info

Before reporting, take a moment to identify the issue and the conditions where it happens (for example, the app, call type, and expected and actual behavior).

There are two ways to report a problem about Noise Cancellation, which are described below.

Report with a test audio sample

This is the most reliable approach for accurate evaluation when the issue is related to Noise Cancellation audio quality. To submit a report with an audio sample, follow the Test Krisp Noise Cancellation guide.

Audio samples are especially helpful in the following cases:

  • Noise is not being cancelled properly during calls.
  • Your voice sounds distorted or muffled after Noise Cancellation is applied.
  • Microphone audio quality issues, such as audio cutting in and out.

  Important

When submitting the report with the audio sample, keep the affected app(s) and tools running so the report captures the same environment where the issue occurs.

Report without a test audio sample

Use this option for technical issues (for example, Noise Cancellation doesn't start, app performance issues, or missing settings). To submit a report without an audio sample, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Krisp app.
  2. Click on the profile badge at the top right, then select Report a problem from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the first dropdown, select the issue that you're facing.
  4. In the Select one of the categories below dropdown, choose the category that best describes the problem.
  5. Select the date and time when the issue occurred using the date picker.
  6. In the Tell us about the issue field, describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Include what you were doing when the issue occurred and what you expected to happen.
  7. Make sure the Include system information for debugging checkbox is enabled before submitting.
  8. Attach relevant files to the report.
  9. Click on Submit report.

Once submitted, our Customer Engineering team will investigate the case and work with you to resolve it.
