You can upgrade your account plan using a credit/debit card.
If you want to upgrade to an Enterprise plan, contact the Krisp Account team.

Krisp subscription payments are recurring, and you will be billed at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription cycle.
Upgrade using a credit/debit card
Follow these steps to upgrade your account to Core using a credit/debit card:
- Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard
- Go to Settings >>> Billing >>> Manage Subscription and click Upgrade under the plan you want to switch to

Choose the subscription cycle and the number of seats you want to add, fill in the checkout details, and click Upgrade.

The Zip code field is required only if you choose United States as your country. It's used to determine the state and tax amount, which is shown on the checkout page as Sales tax.
That's all! You have successfully upgraded your account plan.
Switch your Krisp account plan
If you're on the Advanced plan and want to switch to Core, go to Settings >>> Billing, click Manage Subscription, and click Switch to Core plan in the Core plan details section.
Important
The plan change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Your current subscription stays active until then, and no refund is issued for the unused portion of your previous plan.
