Download users as CSV
If you need a CSV of your team members with their current status and creation date, follow these steps:
Where you download from depends on your account type:
- For Krisp Organizations, from the Directory pages (Users or Devices section), or for a single team within your Organization, from Teams >>> your team, using the same steps below
- For Krisp teams, directly from the Directory pages (Users or Devices section).
- Log in to your Admin Portal >>> Directory >>> Users page.
- Select the user(s) by checking the box next to the email(s).
- Click the download icon in the bottom panel, which becomes available once you've selected the users.
The CSV includes the columns currently shown in the table. Use the column filter above the list to choose which columns to include. The available columns are:
- User email
- Role
- Team
- Status
- Last call.
When you download from a single team (Teams >>> your team), the export replaces the Team column with Groups and adds a Verification status column.
Download deployed devices as CSV
- Log in to your Admin Portal >>> Directory >>> Devices page.
- Select the device(s) by checking the box next to the hostname(s).
- Click the download icon in the bottom panel, which becomes available once you've selected the devices.
The CSV includes the columns currently shown in the table. Use the column filter above the list to choose which columns to include. The available columns are:
- Hostname
- Description
- Last username
- Team
- App version
- Setup date
- Last call.
Download blocked devices as CSV
- Log in to your Admin Portal >>> Directory >>> Devices >>> Blocked devices tab.
- Select the blocked device(s) by checking the box next to the hostname(s).
- Click the download icon in the bottom panel, which becomes available once you've selected the devices.
The CSV includes the columns currently shown in the table. Use the column filter above the list to choose which columns to include. The available columns are:
- Hostname
- Description
- Date Blocked.
