The team Admin can decide if team members should have the option to report a problem. The option is enabled by default.

To control the option:

  1. Go to your Admin Portal on account.krisp.ai.
  2. Go to Team settings >>> Setup >>> Troubleshooting.
  3. Check or uncheck the Display "Report a problem" in Krisp app box.

If you uncheck this box, team members won't be able to report a problem from inside the Krisp app. Report a problem will be hidden from the Krisp app menu for all team members.
