Test Noise Cancellation and Accent Conversion for AI Meeting Assistant

You can test how Krisp blocks your background noise and converts your accent with the Test Noise Cancellation and Test Accent Conversion options.

Test Noise Cancellation

To test how Krisp cancels background noise, run a noise cancellation test:

  1. In the Krisp desktop app, go to the Noise Cancellation panel on the left side and click Run a Test.

  2. Start your recording by clicking the microphone icon.

      Hint

For the best results, use your usual microphone and speak for at least 15-30 seconds, just as you normally would on a call.

  3. Listen to your original recording, then enable the Krisp toggle to hear the noise-canceled version.

Info

The recording is processed locally. Your audio is never sent to or stored on any cloud or server.

  Important

If you notice any issues with the noise cancellation quality, or if our support team asks you to submit a test report, click Report a problem and send it to us. Make sure to include your system information so we can properly investigate the issue.
