This article shows how you can report a problem if you are facing any issues with the Krisp app.
If the problem you face is with the Noise Cancellation not happening in an expected way, send a report this way.
Send a report from the desktop app (Version 3.7 and above)
To report a problem directly from the Krisp desktop app:
- Open the Krisp app on your computer
- Click on your profile icon at the bottom-left corner
- Select Troubleshooting from the menu
- Click Report a Problem
- Fill out the form with the details of the issue you experienced
- Click Send Report to send the report to the Krisp team.
Send a report from the tray app
- Open the Krisp app
- Select the Profile icon in the top right corner of the window
- Click Report a problem and fill in the required fields
- Tell us about your issue in the Description field
- Add any attachments related to the problem, if applicable
- Make sure to include system information for debugging so that our engineers can troubleshoot the problem.

You can also download your logs by clicking the Download logs button in the lower-left corner of the page, then share the file with our team.
Send a report in a signed-out state
If you encounter a problem in the signed-out state, you can still report the problem for further investigation.
- Open the Krisp app
- Select the Menu icon at the top right corner of the window
- Click Get debug logs
- Make sure to include the system information for debugging so that our engineers can troubleshoot the problem
- Deliver the system information to us via the preferred channel.
Grant Krisp Support access to your account
Sometimes, for troubleshooting actions from our end, you may be asked to grant the Krisp Support team temporary access to your account.
To grant Krisp Support access:
- Sign in to your Krisp account dashboard
- Go to Settings >>> Account
- Go to the Support section
- Click Allow support access.
Once the troubleshooting is complete, you can revoke access from your account using the same settings path.
