System requirements for Krisp Call Center AI

To achieve optimal performance with Krisp's Call Center AI features, ensure your device meets the requirements for each feature you're using.

The quality of Krisp's output may also be affected by:

  • CPU of your device
  • RAM of your device
  • Stability of your network connection
  • Tasks running in the background

The requirements below are listed per feature. Features are often used in combination: AI Noise Cancellation is included by default with every Call Center AI feature. You may also run Agent Assist alongside Voice Translation, or Accent Conversion with Agent Assist and Voice Translation. When multiple features are active simultaneously, your device should meet the highest requirements across all active features.

AI Accent Conversion

  Important

If your device doesn't meet the minimum requirements, you may not always see high CPU usage, but audio quality can still diminish. Older CPUs can have real-time audio processing limitations that affect performance. In these cases, upgrading your hardware is the most reliable fix. AI Voice Translation

  Important

Voice Translation requires domain whitelisting and, on Windows, the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Review all prerequisites in Network & system prerequisites before enabling the feature.

Speech Analytics

Speech Analytics is a web-based feature managed entirely from the Admin Portal. It does not have its own device system requirements. Speech Analytics is typically sold alongside other Call Center AI features, such as AI Noise Cancellation.
