This article explains how to add users to your Krisp Enterprise team and remove them, one by one or in bulk. Once added, users immediately become active team members and will get a team-joining email based on their role.

Add users to your team one by one and bulk
You can add users to your team from the Users page in the Admin Portal, either individually or in bulk.
- Go to the Users page in your Admin Portal.
- Click Add users.
- Enter the users' email addresses.
- You can add multiple email addresses separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks.
- For bulk addition you can upload a CSV file with email addresses by selecting Add emails from CSV.
- Change the user role if desired.
- If you have multiple teams or manage Krisp Organization, specify the team(s) to which you want to add these users. You can assign a user to multiple teams if you have permissions for each.
- When done, click Add users.
Important
You cannot add more teammates than the number of your currently unassigned seats.
While adding users in bulk with a CSV file, If an email address included in the file is already added to your team, the system will skip it. The same email address won't take up a second seat.
If you have fewer unassigned seats than the email addresses included in the file, the system will give you a warning and suggest adding seats to the team. After adding more seats you should upload the file once again.

Sending and delivering bulk emails may take some time, so expect some delay in receiving the emails.
Remove users from your Enterprise team one by one

To remove users from your team one by one, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Admin Portal.

Go to the Users page.

If you have Krisp Organization with multiple teams, you will see the Team column on the Users page, which shows each user's assigned team(s). A user can belong to multiple teams within your Krisp Organization.
- Click on the user email to open Details or check the box next to email.
- Click Remove either from the Details tab or from the bottom and confirm your action.
- You can remove more than one user or all users at once by selecting them one by one or by checking the box next to the User Email column at the top.
Bulk remove users from your Enterprise team
You can remove multiple users from your team at once by importing a CSV file with the email addresses.
For that:
- Go to the Users page >>> Filter users with CSV and upload the CSV file.
- After uploading the CSV file the emails will be auto-selected and you can perform your desired action with them such as removing them from the team.
