Every meeting you record with Krisp is saved to your account dashboard, so you can revisit the conversation, review the transcript, or share it with your team at any time. This article explains where to find your recordings and transcripts, how to access meetings others have shared with you, and how to download them.

Finding your recordings and transcripts
Once a meeting has been recorded, you'll find its transcript and recording on the My Notes page of your account dashboard.
Meetings shared with you
Meetings that teammates have shared with you are listed under Shared with me in the left panel of your account dashboard.
Downloading your recordings and transcripts
Downloading a recording
You can download your meeting recordings as MP3 files. This is handy when you want to listen back on the go or share the discussion with someone who couldn't attend.
To download a recording:
- Open the meeting you want to download.
- Click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner.
- Click Download recording to save the file to your device.
Exporting a transcript
To save the transcript instead, open the same three-dot menu and click Export transcript .txt. The transcript will download as a plain text file that you can open in any text editor.
