Support for each platform is built into the extension, so adding a new platform requires development work on the Krisp side. If your platform is not listed, contact the Krisp Customer Engineering team at support@krisp.ai.
Direct integrations
Some platforms can also connect to Krisp directly as a call source, without the browser extension. With a direct integration, Krisp receives call events for the team from the platform itself. Each team can have only one call source, so a direct integration replaces Krisp Bridge for that team, and Krisp Bridge must be turned off before you connect it.
