Overview
This article explains how to change the monthly or yearly Pro subscription plan on the Krisp personal account or how to cancel it.
Change the Pro subscription plan
While being subscribed to the monthly Pro plan, you can upgrade to the yearly plan or cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription from inside your Krisp web account.
To upgrade the monthly Pro subscription to yearly:
- Go to your web account >>> Billing section.
- Click on the gear icon >>> Change Plan.
- You will be led to the CHANGE THE PLAN page.
- Click on the Switch to yearly button to upgrade.
Hint: You can upgrade your monthly plan by clicking on the Upgrade to yearly plan banner from Step 2 above.
Note: You cannot change the yearly plan to monthly from your account yet. These are due to technical obstacles. We are working on having that option implemented in the future.
For now, if you wish to switch to the monthly plan, please cancel your subscription as shown below. After the end of your billing cycle, your account will be downgraded and you will be able to subscribe to the monthly plan.
To cancel the Pro subscription:
- Go to your web account >>> Billing section.
- Click on the gear icon >>> Change Plan.
- You will be led to the CHANGE THE PLAN page.
- There, you will be presented with the expiration date of your subscription in case you decide to downgrade.
- Click on the Yes, Downgrade button to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.
Note: If you click on the Yes, Downgrade button, your account will not downgrade right away. You will still be able to use the Pro plan you paid for. Your account will downgrade to the free plan on your next billing date.
