Assigning Org roles ensures proper access and management capabilities across your Krisp Organization. These user roles are critical for maintaining efficient workflows and providing team members with the right permissions.

This article will walk you through the steps to assign and manage Org rolesfor users in your Enterprise team.

Organizational role types

  • Org Admin has full access at the organizational level. This role can manage settings, billing, analytics, and assign roles.

    For security reasons, the last remaining Org Admin cannot be removed.
  • Org Analyst has read access to analytics reports and organization-wide settings. However, this role does not have access to billing. This role is ideal for team members who need insights but do not require access to financial information.

How to assign Org roles

To assign an Org role to someone in your Krisp Org, they need first to be added to any of the teams within the Organization.

This ensures that only users who are part of your Organization’s structure can be elevated to higher-level roles with broader access.

Once the users have been added to your team, follow these steps to assign them as Org Admins or Analysts:

  1. Go to the Admins page in the Krisp Admin Portal.
  2. Click Assign Admin.
  3. Choose Org Admin/Org Analyst as the role.
  4. Enter the user’s email address below.
  5. Click Add to finalize the role assignment.
