Users page in Admin Dashboard

As an admin of a Krisp team account, you will see these pages in the Admin Dashboard:

Users

This page gives an overview of the current status and activity of your team users and lets you manage them.

Here is what you will see:

Let's go deeper into these 3 sections one by one.


Section 1

1. Invited users

This number shows how many emails are already added to the team. It includes the owner of the account.

The + Invite more users button lets you add more team members to the team. When clicking on it, you will be led to the following window:

Divide multiple emails by comma, space, or enter. You can send bulk invitations with a CSV email list by clicking on Add emails from CSV.

You can add users from the left panel as well. While being on any section of the dashboard click on the Invite teammates button and you will be led to the above-mentioned window.

  Info

You cannot invite more teammates than the number of your currently available seats.

 

2. Didn’t accept the invites

This number shows how many of the added users have not yet accepted your invitation to join the team.

The Resend invites button lets you send again the invitation emails at once to all those users.

 

3. Didn’t login with Krisp

This number shows how many of the added users have not logged in to the Krisp desktop app with their team account.

The Send login instructions button lets you send the steps for login to all those users at once.

 


Section 2

1. Search by email

The Search by email field lets you search the already added users by their email addresses. You can use the full email or any part of it.

 

2. Download report

The dropdown list opens two options:

  1. Download users as CSV

  2. Send an email of usage report for the last 30 days

  • Download users as CSV

    Click on the option to download a CSV file of all the invited users. The file will include the following columns:

    • Seat type
    • Role
    • Email
    • Status
    • Date of being added to the team
  • Download usage report for the last 30 days

    Click on the option to request the report. You will receive an email to your admin email address once the data is ready. The file download link will be active for 3 days. The file will include the following information:

    • Email
    • Microphone usage time
    • Speaker usage time
    • Date when Krisp was last used


Section 3

1. User Email

You will see the email addresses of the users that you have sent invitations to.

2. Status

The Status column indicates what stage of the joining process a user is in.

  • Active >>> the user accepted the invitation and signed in to the app.

  • Invited >>> the user hasn't accepted the invitation.

  • Pending app login >>> the user accepted the invitation but hasn’t signed in to the app yet.

  • Signed in with app >>> the user signed in to the app a long time ago and the data is already archived.

3. Last Active

The Last Active column shows when the user has been signed in to the app for the last time.

  • Not active >>> shows up in 2 cases:

    • when the user signed in to the app a long time ago and the data is already archived. You will see Signed in with app under the Status column.

    • when the user accepted the invitation but hasn't signed in to the app yet. You will see Pending app login under the Status column.

  • Exact date >>> shows the exact date of the Krisp app last usage.

  • Recently >>> the last usage has been within the past 72 hours.

  • Within a week >>> the last usage has been within the past 7 days.

4. Member information

Click on the arrow next to the user information line to go to the Member information.

Here you can see the invitation acceptance stages and dates. Depending on the stage, you will see the following information:

  • Date when the invitation was accepted
  • Date when the user first signed in to the app
  • Information about invitation expiration

You can also perform the following actions from the Member information tab:

  • Change the user role from the dropdown menu
  • Resend invite >>> click on this button to resend the invitation to a user that hasn’t accepted the invitation or when the invitation has been expired
  • Send instructions >>> click on this button to send the app setup instructions to the user’s email
  • Remove from team >>> click on this button to remove the user from the team and free the seat
