There are several cases when you can be automatically signed out of your Krisp web account or app.

In the cases below where you lose access to Krisp (for example, being unassigned, blocked, or de-provisioned), you are signed out of your web account right away. On the Krisp Mac and Windows apps, sign-out happens at the next app restart or account sync. Because the app syncs with your account every 6 hours, you may stay signed in to the app for a short time afterward.
Your session token has expired
Krisp uses an access token to keep you signed in to your web account and the Krisp app. When the token expires, you are signed out and need to sign back in.
- For the Krisp web account, and for the Krisp Mac and Windows apps on email-based teams, the token expires 30 days after you sign in.
- For the Krisp Mac and Windows apps on device-based teams, the token expires after 30 days of inactivity. The app is considered inactive when it is not opened during that period.
30 days is the default session duration. Admins can shorten it to 14 days, 7 days, or 24 hours.
The sign-in method (email, Google SSO, or SAML SSO) does not affect this.
You are unassigned from your team seat
If an Admin unassigns you from a Krisp team seat, you are signed out of Krisp. On a device-login team, this can show as an error on the login screen. See Common errors on a device-login team and what they mean.
Your email is de-provisioned from your identity provider
If you sign in with SSO and your email address is de-provisioned from your Identity Provider (IdP), you are signed out of Krisp.
Your device is blocked by the Admin
On a device-login team, the Admin can block specific devices. If your device is blocked, you are signed out of Krisp, and the block can show as an error on the login screen. See Common errors on a device-login team and what they mean.
Your team or account is deleted
If your Krisp team or account is deleted, you are signed out of Krisp.
You uninstalled and reinstalled the Krisp app
If you uninstall and reinstall the Krisp app, you are signed out of the app and need to sign back in.
