This article explains how you can make noiseless calls using Krisp with RingCentral on your Mac/Windows device. After you download and install Krisp, you only need to configure RingCentral and Krisp.
- Select Krisp Microphone and/or Speaker to work in RingCentral. To do this, go to RingCentral >>> Settings >>> Notifications and sounds and change the Microphone/Speaker source to Krisp.
- Open Krisp, pick the physical microphone and speaker you wish to use, and turn on the Cancel my noise and Cancel others' noise toggles.

Start your noiseless call.

The "No call in progress" indicator will be switched to "Used by RingCentral" when there is an ongoing call.
