Agent Voice Isolation is an audio technology that detects and removes nearby human voices around the agent, keeping only the agent's voice during calls. It works alongside Noise Cancellation and echo cancellation to deliver the clearest possible audio to the customer.
What is needed to use Agent Voice Isolation
- Be in an enclosed area (contact center, office, meeting room, indoor space, etc.).
- Connect a headset device. For the best results, use a headset compatible with Agent Voice Isolation.
- Make sure the Noise Cancellation toggle is on in the Krisp app.
Agent Voice Isolation activates automatically when a compatible headset is connected and a call starts.
Enforce compatible headsets automatically
To automatically prioritize headsets compatible with Agent Voice Isolation across your team:
- Sign in to account.krisp.ai.
- Go to Team settings >>> Setup >>> System Preferences.
- Enable Enforce headset compatible with agent Voice Isolation when available.
When enabled, Krisp automatically sets compatible headsets as the primary audio device when available, prioritizing them over other microphones that do not support Voice Isolation.
