Creating a Krisp account

To use the Krisp desktop app, you first need to create a Krisp account. This article will walk you through the Krisp account creation process.

To avoid the hassle of passwords and have a more secure sign-up process, we don’t use passwords. The authentication is completed by getting a verification code in your email or signing up with your Google email.

Creating a Krisp account with an email address

1. Go to the Sign-up page.
2. Enter your email address and click Sign up.
   
   
3. You will see this screen.
   
   
4. Check your inbox for a one-time verification code. The subject of the received email will be Krisp verification code.

   Give it a few minutes for the email to arrive. If it’s not in your inbox, check your Junk or Spam folder. If the code is missing, refer to this article for help.
5. Paste the code into the field from Step 3.
6. You will be led to your account dashboard.

Creating a Krisp account with Gmail/Microsoft

1. Go to the Sign-up page.
2. Click Sign up with Google or Microsoft and log in to the Google/Microsoft email that you want to link to your Krisp account.
   
   
3. You will thus create a Krisp account and can now log in to the Krisp desktop app with it.
