Important
Adding and removing seats is available for teams that pay by credit card. If your team is invoiced, contact Customer Engineering at support@krisp.ai to change your number of seats.
Check the billing logic before adding or removing seats.
You can change the number of seats in your team at any time during the trial or the paid subscription.
Adding seats
To add more seats to your team:

Sign in to your Krisp Admin Portal, then go to the Billing page >>> Seat Management.
Hint
If you have a Krisp Organization with multiple teams, you will be led to a screen to select the team for which you want to add seats.
- Click Add seats, insert the number of seats you want to add, then click Add seats again to confirm.
Info
You will be charged for the added seats immediately, covering the time until your next renewal.
On your next renewal date, you'll be billed for the updated number of seats.
Removing seats
To remove unassigned seats from your team:
- Sign in to your Krisp Admin Portal.

Go to the Billing page >>> Seat Management, then click Remove seats.

If you have a Krisp Organization with multiple teams, you will be led to a screen to select the team for which you want to remove seats.
- Insert the number of seats you want to remove, then click Remove seats to confirm.
Hint
You can remove only unassigned seats from your team. To remove more seats, first remove the user from a seat.
