Krisp Enterprise Analytics Portal

Who can use this?

Plan: Call Center AI
Managed from: Admin Portal, Enterprise Analytics Portal
User type: Admins (to grant access), enterprise users (to view analytics)

The Enterprise Analytics Portal brings the analytics of multiple Krisp teams and organizations together in one place, regardless of how those teams and organizations are associated. It gives leadership a single, real-time view of usage across every approved team, instead of relying on manual reports pulled from individual teams.

The portal is set up by the Krisp team, who add the initial list of teams and users. Each team's data becomes visible in the portal only after that team's Admin approves the request. Once access is granted, enterprise users can view the analytics and invite other members of their enterprise to the same view.

Analytics levels in the portal

The portal breaks analytics down into three levels, accessible from the left navigation:

  • Enterprise analytics: aggregated data across all teams and organizations in the portal, regardless of their association.
  • Organization analytics: a breakdown per organization. If the portal includes two organizations, each one has its own view.
  • Teams analytics: a breakdown per team, across all organizations in the portal. If two organizations hold five teams combined, you get a view for each of the five teams.

The Home page shows a short overview and lists every team in the portal. Selecting a team from the list opens its Teams analytics. The Users page lists everyone who has access to the portal.

Grant or revoke access to your team's analytics

When the Krisp team adds your team to an Enterprise Analytics Portal, every Admin on the team is notified in the Admin Portal and by email. The enterprise gains access to your team's data only after you approve the request, and you can withdraw that access at any time.

Review an access request

You receive the request in two places:

  • A notification in the Admin Portal navigation bar. Selecting Review takes you to Team settings >>> Setup >>> Analytics for the team you are currently logged in to. If you administer several teams that each need a review, the notifications appear as stacked cards.
  • An email with the subject "[Enterprise name] is requesting access to view your teams' analytics". Selecting Review Request opens the same Analytics settings.

Grant access

  1. Go to Team settings >>> Setup >>> Analytics.
  2. In the Allow [Enterprise name] to view analytics banner, select Allow.
  3. In the popup, select Allow to confirm.

After you confirm, the team's analytics become available to all enterprise users, and those users can invite others from their enterprise to view the same data. The Analytics tab then shows a permanent [Enterprise name] can view team analytics notice with a Revoke access option.

  Hint

Any team added to the portal later follows the same approval flow. Each team's Admin approves independently, and enterprise users only see the teams whose Admins have granted access.

Revoke access

To stop sharing your team's analytics, go to Team settings >>> Setup >>> Analytics and select Revoke access next to the [Enterprise name] can view team analytics notice.

Revoking removes your team from the portal and immediately removes its data from every enterprise user's view. Aggregated analytics are recalculated without your team, and all enterprise users in the entity are notified by email.

Both grant and revoke actions are recorded in your Audit Logs with a timestamp, the acting Admin, the action, and the enterprise name.

View analytics in the Enterprise Portal

Access the portal

You receive an invitation email once a team Admin grants access, or when another enterprise user invites you. Select View Analytics in the email, or go to account.krisp.ai/enterprise and sign in. You can access the portal only if the Krisp Customer Engineering team or an existing enterprise user has assigned you access.

Navigate your analytics

Use the left navigation to move between the three levels:

  • Enterprise analytics: combined analytics for every approved team, including licenses, seats, active users, deployment and adoption rates, and noise statistics.
  • Organization analytics: the same aggregated view, broken down for each organization in the portal.
  • Teams analytics: analytics for a single team. Select a team from the team selector at the top. Each team includes Usage (call duration, Noise Cancellation, Accent Conversion, and Voice Translation), Seats, Deepfake detection, and app Versions.

From the Home page you can select any team to jump straight to its Teams analytics with that team already applied in the selector.

  Hint

The metrics and dashboards in the portal use the same definitions as the Admin Portal. For an explanation of what each datapoint means, see Analytics dashboard in Admin Portal.

Invite other users

Any enterprise user can invite additional users to the portal:

  1. Go to the Users page.
  2. Select Add users and enter the new user's email.

Invited users automatically gain access to all the teams already in the portal, without needing separate Admin approval, and they receive the same invitation email. Everyone in the portal has full visibility into all available analytics.

Emails from the portal

The portal sends three types of email:

Email When it is sent Who receives it
"[Enterprise name] is requesting access to view your teams' analytics" When the enterprise is set up and a new access request appears in the Admin Portal. Team Admins
"You've been invited to the Enterprise Analytics Portal" When an Admin grants access, or when an enterprise user invites another user. Enterprise users
"Your access to [Team name] analytics has been removed" When an Admin revokes a team's access. Enterprise users
