The Analytics page gives you an idea of how your team uses Krisp, how the seats are utilized, and which versions of Krisp are used.

It will require some time for the data to be displayed on the Analytics page as it’s being synced every 24 hours.
Usage
Under the Usage tab, you will see the following information for the selected cadence (Weekly/Monthly)
- Total microphone call duration
- Total Noise Cancellation
- The percentage of Calls without Noise Cancellation
Under the cards, you will see the following charts:
On this chart, you will see the Call duration and Noise Cancellation duration in hours for the last year (12 months), broken down into months.
Here you'll find the most popular calling apps in the past 12 months, along with their user numbers.

By knowing which apps are used with Krisp, you can better understand how your team is using Krisp and how it fits into your overall workflow. This can help you to identify any gaps in the apps and processes used and improve collaboration and communication within the team.On this chart, you will see the Noise Canceled Duration and Background Voice Duration in hours for the last year (12 months), broken down into months.
Hint
A noticeable difference between these 2 metrics will hint that the BVC feature-compatible headset hasn’t been actively used during the calls, which is why Krisp might not have canceled all the detected background voices.

Under the Users tab, you will find Usage per seat with the following information for all the users in your team based on their email or device (for device-based teams):
- Microphone call Duration Shows the duration in hours when the Krisp Microphone was selected in the communication app during the call, regardless of the NC toggle state.
- Microphone NC Duration Shows the duration in hours when the Krisp Microphone NC toggle was enabled during the call.
- Speaker Call Duration Shows the duration in hours when the Krisp Speaker was selected in the communication app during the call, regardless of the NC toggle state.
- Speaker NC Duration Shows the duration in hours when the Krisp Speaker NC toggle was enabled during the call.

- Cadence (Monthly/Weekly)
- Specific user(s) email/device name(s)

Seats
The cards on the Seats tab will show you the number of seats in your team and which part of them is assigned.
Under the cards you will see the following charts:
On this chart, you will see the overall number of seats in your team and how many of them have been assigned to users as well as how many of them have already joined seats.
You will see the data for the last year (12 months), broken down into months.

The chart shows the number of Seated Users and how many of them have been monthly Active Noise Cancellers.

Monthly active Noise Cancellers are users that have used Krisp NC (microphone or speaker) during their calls in the last month for at least 5 minutes.Hint
This will help you identify which team members may need additional training to get the most out of Krisp. This information can then be used to provide targeted training and support, which can improve the overall proficiency of your team.
Versions
Versions tab shows your team's users along with their last installed Krisp version and last used date. The chart on the left shows how the versions are distributed.
You can filter the data by platform and a specific app version.
