By sharing your meetings, you can give team members and meeting participants access to the transcript, meeting notes, and recording of the meeting.
Info
To learn more about how Krisp provides concise transcripts of your meetings and creates in-depth meeting notes, check out the AI Meeting Assistant article.
By generating a shareable link or using advanced sharing settings, you can make sure important information is easy to access, while keeping control over who views the content.

How to share a meeting
To share a meeting, follow these steps:
- Go to the My Meetings page in your Krisp account dashboard.
- Navigate to the meeting you want to share.
- Click the Share button in the upper right corner.
Info
There's no restriction on the number of notes you can share.
Meeting sharing options
Each meeting has one general access option at a time. People you invite by email keep their access whichever general access option you choose.
For each option, you can set the access level for everyone it reaches: Can view, Can comment, Can edit, or Can view AI Notes.
This option restricts meeting access to users you invite via email. Once shared, the recipients will receive an email with a link to the shared meeting and can view it.
As the meeting owner, you can see who has access to your meeting by clicking the Share button.
This option shares the meeting with everyone whose email address is on your team's work domain. The option shows your team's domain in its name.
This option is available only if your team has a work domain. Free email providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.com) and educational domains don't count as work domains. When the option is available, every member of the team can use it, including members with a personal email address.
Important
Meetings shared with your work domain don't appear in Shared with me, and no email is sent. You will need to copy the meeting link and share it yourself. To notify someone directly, invite them via email instead.
If you choose Can edit for this option, everyone on your work domain will be able to edit the meeting.
To share your meeting with everyone in your team, select this option from the General access dropdown list:
Once you share your meeting with everyone in your Krisp team, they will have View access. You can change the access later.
This option gives access to anyone who opens the meeting link, whether or not they're signed in to Krisp.
Important
You will need to manually copy the meeting link and share it with your team members.
Hint
If the meeting hasn't been shared with anyone yet, clicking the copy link button updates the access to Anyone with the link.
Users who access the meeting through the link will have View access by default. You can change the access later.
Info
The Everyone at workspace option has been replaced by the work domain option and can no longer be selected. Meetings that were already shared with it keep this option, and it still gives access to every member of the workspace, regardless of their email address.
Users with access to the meeting
As the meeting owner, you can always check who has access to the meeting and revoke access if needed.
To check who has access to the meeting and/or revoke access from others:
- Click the Share button on the meeting page.
-
Check which access option is selected and change it if needed.
-
You can also remove access for people you previously shared the meeting with via email. To do this, remove each email one by one, as shown below:
Collaborative meetings
Whenever you share meetings with team members, they'll appear with the Collaborative type on the My Notes page of your Krisp account dashboard.
You'll see the Collaborative type for meetings shared with you for editing.
FAQ
The option is only available when your team has a work domain. If your team was created with a personal email address (for example, Gmail or Outlook.com) or an educational domain, the option isn't available for anyone on the team.
The work domain is taken from the team Admin's email address. If the Admin changes their email address, the team's work domain changes with it. If the Admin switches to a personal email address, the team no longer has a work domain.
No. Access is checked against your own email address each time you open a meeting. You can share meetings with your team's work domain, but you can't open meetings shared that way. You can still access meetings you own, meetings shared with Everyone in the team, and meetings you've been invited to via email.
When someone's email address becomes part of the work domain, they can open every meeting that has been shared with that domain, including meetings shared before they joined. When their email address leaves the domain, they lose access to those meetings. No one is notified in either case.
No. Removing or changing your team's work domain only stops new work domain shares. Meetings already shared with the previous domain stay shared with it. To remove that access, change the sharing option on each meeting individually.
